We consult and manage design, engineering, ADA compliance, and financial projections for Tesla Supercharger sites across California. We opened the state's first private 24/7 Tesla Supercharging station.

Independent and not affiliated with Tesla. Tesla, Inc. does not endorse us, and we are separate companies in every respect. For Tesla charger pricing and direct equipment purchases, please contact Tesla directly — we do not sell Tesla chargers or set Tesla pricing.

01 — Partnership Models

Three ways to participate.

Choose the path that fits your property, your capital position, and your appetite for ownership.

Model 01

Own Your Site

Fund and own the chargers on your own property and keep 100% of the revenue. We act as your fiduciary advisor and manage the entire project — site assessment, design, permitting, utility coordination, construction, commissioning, operations, and LCFS — so you capture the full upside without learning a new business.

Model 02

Host at No Cost

We — or our funded partners — pay for the chargers, the construction, and the operations. You contribute the parking footprint and receive contracted passive income, added tenant traffic, and an amenity that lifts the value of your asset. Zero capital, zero operational burden.

Model 03

Invest in Sites

Allocate capital into a curated database of vetted, contracted host sites we've already underwritten. You participate in utilization revenue, LCFS credit income, and long-term asset appreciation, with full quarterly reporting and co-investment alongside our principals.
